The Third Season of Cappadocia is the showdown between corruption and greed for power, embodied in the figure of Federico Marquez and ideals and moral leadership of Teresa Lagos. For one, The Brotherhood, sinister group headed by Angel Lazcano, is determined to take power, with Federico Marquez ahead by Hiram Als, a dark psychiatrist, who conducted experiments to install a "new order" sustained fear and chaos; against a group led by Don Fernando Miranda group who recruit Teresa Lakes, and along with two new characters arises, the Italian intelligence agent Meneses and his henchman, Hector Bolanos, try to dismantle the Brotherhood. CAPADOCIA will become the vertex where the threads converge in this struggle for power and Teresa Lagos where the final battle will deliver reunited with another key character from previous seasons: Lorena Guerra.
