The stand-out track is the opener, "Astounded", which came about when main Bran-man James Di Salvio approached Curtis Mayfield, shortly before his death. Too ill to perform, Mayfield offered Di Salvio use of his archive, and the latter sampled an unused vocal to create this large, luscious and deeply moving tribute to a soul hero.
