L'Emmerdeur est un film franais ralis par Francis Veber sorti en 2008. M. Milan (Richard Berry) est un tueur gages qui doit excuter son contrat depuis sa chambre d'htel donnant sur le palais de justice de Nice o est attendu Randoni (Michel Aumont), tmoin cl d'un procs en corruption et homme abattre. Son voisin, Franois Pignon (Patrick Timsit), photographe de presse dlaiss par son pouse (Virginie Ledoyen) qui la quitt pour le docteur Wolf (Pascal Elbe), un neurologue rput, tente de se suicider en se pendant la tuyauterie de la salle de bains et provoque une inondation. Milan persuade le garon d'htel de ne pas appeler la police, promettant de veiller lui-mme sur le dpressif pour viter une rcidive. Il se trouve alors englu irrmdiablement dans les problmes de Pignon au dtriment de sa mission.
