Le Polock

Le Polock is the story of Wojteck Gorski, a young Polish man who immigrates to Canada in the hopes of finding a better future for himself. Wojteck marries a young woman from Montreal, and although their love is strong, the belligerence her xenophobic family has against him becomes overwhelming. Le Polock is a 6 part miniseries about a man’s quest for his identity, torn by the loss of his homeland and the difficulties of settling in a foreign country.
