Jack (Nestor Carbonell) is a reformed womanizer, recently divorced and living alone with his son Sam. The simplicity of Jack’s new lifestyle shifts when he receives a surprise visit from his crippled sister Jill (Janeane Garofalo), who asks him to look after her delinquent son Charlie, while she sorts out a divorce from her unstable husband Eli (John Ritter).
