ABOUT OUR SERVICE:

We provide expert repair services for a wide range of optical discs, including DVDs, CDs, Blu-rays, HD-DVDs, and various video game discs like CD-i, 3DO, Atari Jaguar CD, Sega CD/Saturn/Dreamcast, Sony PlayStation (PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4), Nintendo GameCube, Wii & Wii U, and XBOX (Original, ONE, 360).

Our advanced Flat Technology ensures the disc surface remains even, guaranteeing optimal playability and performance.

Disc Repair Guidelines

Repairable Discs:

• Discs without cracks, foil, or label damage can typically be restored to a like-new condition on the playing side after repair.
• Our advanced Flat Technology Repair improves the laser reading surface, often achieving a near-perfect refractive index—sometimes even better than new.

Non-Repairable Discs:

• Deep Scratches: Blu-ray, PS3, PS4, Wii U, and XBOX ONE discs with deep scratches may not be repairable; no technology can fix such damage.
• Cracked Discs: Discs with cracks are beyond repair.
• Label Damage: Discs with damage to the label side, such as pinholes or scratches, cannot be repaired.
• Gouges or Dents: Discs with significant gouges or dents are non-repairable.
• Delamination: Discs that have started to delaminate (layer separation) are beyond repair.
• Data Rot: Discs affected by data rot cannot be fixed.
• Heat Damage: Warped or melted discs due to heat damage cannot be repaired.

Expected Repair Results:

For CDs, DVDs, GameCube, PlayStation (PS1, PS2), Xbox (Original, 360), Wii, Sega CD, Sega Saturn, SNK Neo-Geo CD, and similar discs:

• Light Scratches: These will be repaired to look like new.
• Medium Scratches: These will either look like new or be less visible after repair.
• Deep Scratches: These may still be visible but are likely playable.

For Blu-ray, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Wii U discs:

• Light Scratches: If the disc still plays, light scratches will be repaired to look like new or be less visible.
• Medium Scratches: Cannot be repaired by any service.
• Deep Scratches: Cannot be repaired by any service; these discs are usually ruined if deeply scratched.

Packing & Shipping Instructions:

STEP 1:
After payment, print a copy of your order to include with the discs. If you don’t have a printer, write down your name and order ID on a piece of paper.

STEP 2:
Secure the discs in groups for safe shipping. The best option is a protective spindle “cake box.” Alternatively, you can use rubber bands, zip lock bags, saran wrap, bubble wrap or anything that keeps them secure. Avoid using styrofoam popcorn unless you prevent direct contact with the discs.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT send discs in their original jewel cases. Any discs received in original jewel cases will be returned unrepaired.

Please remember to include the packing slip/order details in your package. When the job is done, the order will be updated with a tracking number. 

The time frames for disc repairs depends on the volume of discs that you send. Since the Eco-master, can only do 250 discs per day, some jobs can take a little longer than others.
