Resolution 819 was adopted by the UN Security Council to verify and condemn crimes against humanity perpetrated during the Balkans Conflict after the independence of Bosnia-Herzegovina. In this fictional story based on the true events, French police officer Jacques Calvez is sent to Srebrenica on the request of the International Criminal Tribunal. After six years of research and countless obstacles, Calvez brings formal accusations of genocide against Serbian leaders Karadzic and Mladic.
