Réalisé par nul autre que le bouillant et génial Socalled et mixé par Philip Bova (Feist, Bell Orchestre, Stars), Manger du bois a aussi fait pas mal de chemin sur l’autoroute des high-fives et autres distinctions. Il a obtenu en effet deux nominations au gala de l’ADISQ 2012 pour Album country de l’année et Choix de la critique. Canailles a aussi remporté au GAMIQ 2012 le trophée-panache pour Spectacle de l’année ainsi que Album country de l’année. Ils se sont produits aux Indies Awards dans le cadre du Canadian Music Week où ils ont été nommés pour Francophone Group / Artist of the Year et ils ont remporté dans la catégorie Emerging Artist of the Year - Francophone. En avril 2014, Canailles revient à la charge avec Ronds-points, magnifique album, point d’orgue entre tous les concerts passés et à venir.
