The Gryphon Trio presents the complete piano trios repertoire by Franz Schubert (1797-1828). With the exception of two one-movement piecesa very early experimental work (D. 28) and a late "Notturno (D. 897)Schubert wrote only two complete trios for piano, violin and cello (D. 898 and D. 929); however, they quickly came to be considered pinnacles of the genre. Le Gryphon Trio nous prsente ici l'intgrale des trios avec piano de Franz Schubert (1797-1828). Hormis deux pices en un mouvement, un essai de jeunesse (D. 28) et un " Notturno " tardif (D. 897), Schubert n'a laiss que deux trios complets pour piano, violon et violoncelle (D. 898 et D. 929). Mais tous deux furent rapidement considrs comme des sommets dans le genre.
