Secret Of The Nutcracker / Le Magicien De Blance Vallée

It is Christmas Eve, 1943, and in a small town nestled on the Alberta side of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, young Clara misses her father, a pilot overseas in the armed forces. Along with her mother and her two brothers they long for some word on him. Today some word will come, but from an unexpected source - from the mysterious and magical stranger Drosselmeyer, who befriends Clara and encourages her to believe that miracles can happen. This Christmas Special is a re-visioning of the classic Nutcracker tale by E.T.A. Hoffmann.
